# Layout redesign of a 68 m² apartment in Varshavskyi, Kyiv

A 68.5 m² two-room apartment (type 2S2) on the 7th floor of the Varshavskyi residential complex in Kyiv. A 5.0 m² bathroom and a 1.7 m² WC became two full 3.7 m² bathrooms, plus a 2.4 m² storeroom and built-in wardrobes. A 20.5 m² kitchen-living room in light tones with wood.
