## Case studies

- [Layout redesign and renovation of a 55 m² apartment in Kyiv](https://ubyivovk.com/en/roboty/kvartyra-55/index.md): An old three-room 55.3 m² apartment in Kyiv with cramped rooms. We measured it, redesigned it into a two-room apartment with a 21.5 m² living room, and did the interior design and turnkey renovation.
- [1,245 m² office building in Pechersk, Kyiv](https://ubyivovk.com/en/roboty/ofis-dvoskhylyi/index.md): The 1,245 m² office building of UOSlab at 23 Matrosova St in the Pechersk district of Kyiv. Delivered turnkey: architectural and engineering design, furnished plans of four levels, construction, finishing and furnishing.
- [Apartment layout redesign in Desna Park Residence](https://ubyivovk.com/en/roboty/desna-park-residence/index.md): A 64.7 m² apartment on the 4th floor of Desna Park Residence. Two rooms of 11.4 and 18.5 m² became one 20.2 m² room with a walk-in wardrobe, the bathroom grew from 3.5 to 5.8 m², the kitchen-dining room to 18.2 m², and the loggia got a workspace. Interior in grey and graphite with oak.
- [Layout redesign of a 68 m² apartment in Varshavskyi, Kyiv](https://ubyivovk.com/en/roboty/zhk-varshavskyi/index.md): A 68.5 m² two-room apartment (type 2S2) on the 7th floor of the Varshavskyi residential complex in Kyiv. A 5.0 m² bathroom and a 1.7 m² WC became two full 3.7 m² bathrooms, plus a 2.4 m² storeroom and built-in wardrobes. A 20.5 m² kitchen-living room in light tones with wood.
- [Design of a 162 m² single-storey family house](https://ubyivovk.com/en/roboty/simeinyi-budynok/index.md): A 161.7 m² single-storey family house with a flat roof, stone pillars and a two-car carport. A 34.9 m² living-dining room with a separate kitchen, a study, two 18.2 m² children's rooms, a master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite, and a separate boiler room.

Each unit has its own entrance, a two-car garage and a kitchen-living room with an island on the ground floor, and three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry upstairs.
