### We bought an apartment in a new building. Where do we start?

With measurements and space planning. First we record the actual dimensions and the state of walls, floors and services, then prepare 2–3 layout options and the interior design. Only then do we draw up the estimate and start works.

### How much does a turnkey apartment renovation cost in Kyiv?

Labour costs from $150/m², with rough materials about $220–380/m². We give the exact price after the survey and fix it in the contract.

### How long does an apartment renovation take?

A turnkey renovation of a 50–70 m² apartment takes about 3–5 months, depending on the scope and whether the layout changes.

### Do you take on small repairs?

No, only complete projects: turnkey renovation, construction, interior design with supervision, layout redesign. For a single small job a handyman is faster and cheaper.

## Layout redesign and design

### Can an apartment layout be changed, and who approves it?

Yes. We prepare the redesign drawings and support the approval. Load-bearing walls and wet areas are moved only with a structural engineer's report.

### How much does apartment interior design cost in Kyiv?

From $20/m². The final price depends on the area and the scope.

## Houses

### Do you have a house renovation crew in Kyiv region?

Yes. One team takes the project from design to handover: renovation and construction of private houses in Kyiv and Kyiv region.

### How much does it cost to build a house in Kyiv region?

The shell from $450/m², a turnkey house from $800/m². The exact price depends on the design and the plot.

## Pre-purchase inspection

### What do you check when inspecting an apartment or house before purchase?

Load-bearing structure, cracks, moisture and signs of leaks, windows, electrics, water supply, heating and options to change the layout. After the inspection we tell you roughly how much it will cost to put the property in order.

## Contract and payment

### How is the price fixed, and can it change?

The estimate with a list of works and materials is attached to the contract. If extra works come up during the renovation, we agree them with you in writing first and only then do them.

### How do you report on progress?

Every week we send a photo report: what is done, what is next and which decisions we need from you.
