## FAQ

### Can an apartment layout be changed, and who approves it?

Yes. We prepare the redesign drawings and support the approval. Load-bearing walls and wet areas are moved only with a structural engineer's report.

### How much does apartment space planning cost?

Space planning from $8/m². If you need a full interior design, planning is included.

### Can the kitchen be joined with a room?

Often yes. Example: a 55 m² three-room apartment became a two-room one with a 21.5 m² living room.

### What is a safe zone in an apartment?

A place separated from the street by at least two walls. We plan it so you can wait out an air-raid alert there.
